You may purchase over the phone or in store. You may check balances over the phone or in store or choose a different person to redeem at any point. No returns on gift card purchases, expiration 1 year from purchase, can not be used to purchase a new gift card. Any previous gift cards will be honored up to their expiration dates.
We accept cash, personal checks, and ALL major credit cards. We CAN NOT accept any prepaid gift cards like Visa gift cards and the like, our terminal can’t process them.
If you would like to leave gratuity for your hair stylist as well as any stylist assistants/apprentices, you may do so in cash, personal check made out directly to them or on a credit card.
Cancellation Courtesy & Appointment Deposits
We require a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. If you’re unable to give us adequate notice outside of emergencies, for multiple times, as a courtesy to our stylists and the time reserved on their schedules, 50% of the estimated service or 100% if you are a NO SHOW will be needed in the form of a deposit for any same day and future appointments. We do our best to fill openings-like you we’d much prefer to have another guest take your place rather than require future deposits to be made for cancellations and no shows. We do not perform any pre-pays or charges unless authorized by the card holder.
This policy is designed to provide partial compensation for our highly skilled hair stylists, who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career. This policy helps us retain our highly trained employees. We appreciate your understanding.
For color corrections or other services for 3+ hours in length, these may require a deposit to reserve this lengthy amount of time on your stylists books which are reserved for you exclusively. The deposit will be used towards your service. If you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment, the deposit will sit inside your salon profile as a credit towards that next service that was originally booked which required the deposit.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can make the necessary adjustments done so within 14 days of the original service to ensure your complete satisfaction. These adjustments CAN NOT be booked independently online.
If outside of 14 days, payments may need to be made, subject to management approval. Any approved service refunds will be issued on a case by case consideration by the owners, in the form of salon credit.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your hair care products, we kindly ask you to return/exchange within 30 days of original purchase, unopened/unsealed products may be returned/exchanged past 30 days subject to management approval. Our Oribe brand products have a company return policy outside Meraki’s, please ask for details. Used products within the 30 days may be exchanged/returned for a 50% salon retail only credit, unopened within 30 days will receive 100% salon retail only credit. These can be applied to retail purchases at any time. Certain exclusions apply, see front desk coordinators for questions.
Any and all appliances, hair brushes, combs, hair accessories must be in original packaging and UNUSED for state sanitation laws or we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
Hair extensions purchased are yours to keep and can not be returned or exchanged due to state sanitation laws.
Please do not leave underage(18 and under) children unattended. We have many hot/sharp potentially dangerous objects in use. All guardians responsible for service payments, we ask you remain during consultation to get an estimate on price incurred and encourage you to ask any questions prior to application & services performed.
