Our Policy

Gift Certificates

You may purchase over the phone or in store & choose to have it emailed to you or the recipient for no additional cost or prepared for pick up in store. No returns on gift certificate purchases, expiration 1 year from purchase, can not be used to purchase a new gift certificate.

Payment

We accept cash, personal checks, debit/check cards, Visa, MC, Discover, Alipay. We DO NOT accept Amex or Apple Pay.

Gratuity

If you would like to leave gratuity for your hair stylist as well as any stylist assistants/apprentices, please do so in cash, independent app or check made directly out to them by name. We can NOT accept credit card tips. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Cancellation

We require a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. If you’re unable to give us adequate notice outside of emergencies, as a courtesy to our stylists and the time reserved on their schedules, we will charge 50% of the estimated service or 100% if you are a NO SHOW paid directly to the stylist. We do our best to fill openings-like you , *we’d much prefer to have another guest take your place than charge for the cancellation.

As a part of this policy, we require a major credit card on file in order to schedule all appointments excluding day of or walk-in appointments. This will be stored in an encrypted third party system for security. We do not perform any pre-pays or charges unless authorized by the card holder. *Your card is not billed unless your vacated appointment goes unfilled.

This policy is designed to provide partial compensation for our highly skilled hair stylists, who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career. This policy helps us retain our highly trained employees. We appreciate your understanding.

Service Guarantees

If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can make the necessary adjustments done so within 14 days of the original service to ensure your complete satisfaction. If outside of 14 days, payments may need to be made, subject to management approval. Any approved service refunds will be issued on a case by case consideration by the owners,  in the form of salon credit.

Retail Returns/Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your products, we kindly ask you to return/exchange within 30 days of original purchase on original form of payment. Unopened/unsealed products may be returned/exchanged past 30 days subject to management approval. Certain exclusions apply, see front desk coordinators for questions.

Children

Please do not leave underage children unattended. We have many hot/sharp potentially dangerous objects in use. All guardians responsible for service payments, we ask you remain during consultation to get an estimate on price incurred and encourage you to ask any questions prior to application & services performed.
